Care & Companionship at Home

Sometimes a little extra help makes all the difference. Our caregivers support your loved one with the everyday things, from personal care to friendly company, so they can stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What It Means

The Right Support, Right at Home

Care and companionship is about meeting your loved one where they are. For some families that is a hand with bathing and dressing in the morning. For others it is a friendly face to share coffee and conversation, a ride to an appointment, or help keeping the house in order.

We start with what matters most to your family and build the day around it. The goal is always the same: to protect independence and dignity, ease the small worries, and let your loved one keep living life on their own terms, in the home they love.

A little help in the right places goes a long way.

Everyday Support

What We Help With

Care is tailored to your loved one. Here are the kinds of help our caregivers most often provide.

Flexible by Design

Respite Relief and No Contracts

Family caregivers give so much, and everyone needs a break sometimes. Short-term respite relief lets you rest, travel, or simply catch your breath while one of our caregivers steps in and keeps everything steady at home. It can be a few hours, a full day, or a longer stretch, whatever your family needs.

And because we believe in No Contracts, Just Care, nothing is locked in. Care flexes to your family's needs, up or down, month to month. We can also provide care beyond the home, in hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living, so support follows your loved one wherever they are.

Common Questions

Care & Companionship, Answered

How much help can we start with?

You can start with as little as a few hours a week. Some families begin with a single visit for a bath or an errand and adjust from there. During your free Aging with Grace CarePlan consultation we listen to what is happening at home, suggest a starting point, and change it as needs change.

Do you offer live-in or 24-hour care?

Yes. We provide round-the-clock and live-in care for those who need continuous support in the comfort of their own home. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and we can also provide care in hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living.

Can you give a family caregiver a break (respite)?

Absolutely. Short-term respite relief lets you rest, travel, or simply take a breath while a trusted caregiver steps in. It can be a few hours, a full day, or longer. Ask about respite during your free Aging with Grace CarePlan consultation and we will build a plan around your schedule.
